We do keep a record of your personal details (including your name, address and email) so we can manage your order. We will never make these details available to other companies.


We aim to ship the majority of products within 1-2 working days of receiving an order however there can be small delays during our busiest periods. If for any reason an item is not in stock or unavailable we will notify you and offer you a full refund.

We send UK orders via Royal Mail First Class (delivery aim 2-3 working days).

We offer two services to Europe (EU Countries). Our Standard service is sent via Royal Mail Airmail (delivery aim 4-6 working days).

To the Rest of World, our Standard service is sent via Royal Mail Airmail (delivery aim 6-15 working days).

All parcels are sent with the relevant paperwork needed to clear customs. The recipient is responsible for paying any tax levied.

Wholesale Chinese New Year cards   

Please contact us if you would like to order wholesale Chinese New Year cards. Minimum wholesale quantity is very low at 40 cards. Discounts depend on amount ordered but we aim to offer the best prices on all cards.

Returns Policy

Before you return any product, please contact us so we can help resolve things. If you would like to cancel your order for any products and return them you may do so at any point within 14 days from the day after receiving them. Shudian Ltd. will refund the full purchase price of the products including the delivery charges. However, if you are only returning part of an order no refund will be given in respect of the delivery charges. If you exercise your right of cancellation, you must return the products to Shudian Ltd. at your own expense and the items returned would have to be unused. If it is cards that you are returning, it must have the original envelope sold . From the date that the cards are received back we will refund you within 14 days back to the original payment method but, of course, we will try and do it as quickly as possible.
