We've also found that sometimes customers use our new year cards for decorative purposes and for other events than New Year such as Congratulations and Thank You cards.

Chinese New Year 2020 takes place on the January 25, 2020.  New for 2020, we have lots of brand new Chinese New card designs including popup cards, cards with 3-d decals (ie pig, teapot), Chinese character cards and many more sets of papercut new year cards. We are also selling other cards such as Chinese birthday cards and Chinese greeting cards and great gift items such as books about Chinese Festivals.

The Year of the Rat starts on the January 25, 2020. Often Chinese people believe that when it is your astrological year that it is a year of great change with lots happening so that it is good to protect yourself. Chinese people often do this by wearing something red all year such as red string on a bracelet or even red underwear!  Lots of our cards have traditional Chinese motifs bringing fortune, flowers and other good symbolic meanings. Flowers are often used as a sign of new life and things renewing.
